Stop wasting time on manual calculations and risking stock discrepancies. Our Multiple Units of Measure tool is designed to give you ultimate flexibility and accuracy, no matter how complex your inventory gets. Here is how this feature makes tracking your stock smarter and easier:

  • A Single Base Unit for Accurate Reporting: When creating an item, you will define a "Base Unit" (e.g., Kilogram). All your inventory reports, movement tracking, and accounting will default to this base unit to ensure absolute precision.
  • Custom Conversions: Add as many additional units as you need by defining their relationship to the base unit (e.g., 1 Ton = 1,000 Kilograms, or 1 Gram = 0.001 Kilograms).
  • Smart Defaults for Buying & Selling: Set a default purchasing unit (like Tons) for your bills and a default selling unit (like Kilograms) for your invoices. You can also assign default buying and selling prices to each specific unit to speed up data entry.
  • Seamless Transactions: When creating a quote, invoice, or inventory adjustment, select your item and choose the exact unit of measure you are working with from a dropdown. The stock will adjust flawlessly.

  • Bordered Template Updates: Want to make sure your company name stands out? If you use the Bordered template, you can now easily adjust the Font Size of your organization's name, ensuring it is the first thing your clients see.
