Wafeq uae e-invoicing included at no extra cost

Wafeq is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Finance. Starter, Plus, and Premium customers can send, receive, and report e-invoices with no per-invoice fees and no separate provider to pay
Dubai, UAE, 7 October 2026 – Wafeq, the cloud accounting and e-invoicing platform used by more than 18,000 businesses in the Gulf, today announced that UAE e-invoicing is now included in its Starter, Plus, and Premium plans at no extra cost. Wafeq FZ-LLC is an Accredited Service Provider on the UAE Ministry of Finance register, so customers no longer need a separate provider to meet the country's e-invoicing mandate.
E-invoicing is becoming mandatory for businesses in the UAE. Until now, that has meant paying twice: once for accounting software, and again for a service provider to send invoices. From today, Wafeq customers use the software for their books as their accredited e-invoicing provider, with no per-invoice fees and no change to plan prices.
What's included
With e-invoicing included in their plan, Wafeq customers in the UAE can:
- Send and receive e-invoices to customers and from suppliers on the same plan.
- Work in one system. Create invoices, validate them, exchange them over the Peppol network, and report them to the Federal Tax Authority from the same place they are booked, with no integration to build and no second vendor.
- Avoid per-invoice fees. There is no separate e-invoicing charge, and plans stay at AED 57, 80 and 200 a month, paid yearly.

Every UAE business must appoint an Accredited Service Provider before going live with e-invoicing. Businesses with annual revenue below AED 50 million must appoint one by 31 March 2027 and go live by 1 July 2027.
Businesses with AED 50 million or more must appoint by 30 October 2026 and go live by 1 January 2027. Under Cabinet Decision 106 of 2025, businesses that don't implement on time, including by not appointing a provider, face a penalty of AED 5,000 a month.
Wafeq FZ-LLC is listed as #62 on the UAE Ministry of Finance register of Accredited Service Providers, and businesses can find it in EmaraTax by its ASP ID, 129932.
From our CEO
Every business in the UAE now has to e-invoice. That's the law, and complying with it shouldn't come with an extra bill,” said Nadim Alameddine, [Founder and CEO, of Wafeq.]
And he continued:
Most businesses are being asked to pay twice: once for their accounting software and again for a provider to send their invoices. We became an accredited provider so our customers wouldn't have to. If you run your books on Wafeq, e-invoicing is part of your plan. There's nothing extra to buy and no deadline panic.”said Nadim Alameddine, [Founder and CEO, of Wafeq.]
