Adding a Stamp or Signature

Step-by-step instructions

Here's how to add stamps and signatures to your invoices, quotes, and purchase orders:

1. At the bottom right of the invoice or quote, click on `Add your stamp or signature`. Make sure to upload images only in **jpg**, **png**, or **gif** formats.

2. Once you download the invoice or the quote pdf files, you can preview your stamp before sending it to your customer.

Stamps also show up on payment receipts you send to your customers.
