Finalize the invoice, and Wafeq reports it to ZATCA
Connect to Fatoora once. Every invoice, cash invoice and credit note is checked and reported in real time, with its QR code and XML.
Features
ZATCA Phase 2, built into your invoicing
No separate tool and no exports: reporting happens when you finalize.
Connect once
Generate an OTP in the Fatoora portal, enter it in Wafeq, and your organization is connected as a solution unit.
Finalize, and it's reported
Tax invoices are sent to ZATCA for clearance and simplified tax invoices are reported, both from the same Finalize button.
QR code and XML on every invoice
Each reported invoice carries its QR code. Download its XML, or share the PDF with the XML inside.
How it works
From connection to a reported invoice
Four steps, then every invoice follows the rules on its own.
Connect to Fatoora
In Settings, open the Fatoora portal settings and enter the OTP you generate in the Fatoora portal.
Create the invoice
Add your customer and items. A customer with a VAT number gets a tax invoice; one without gets a simplified tax invoice.
Finalize
Wafeq checks the invoice, posts it to your books and reports it to ZATCA.
Share it
Send the invoice with its QR code, and download its XML whenever you need it.
Phase 2
Compliant before it reaches ZATCA
Wafeq checks each invoice against ZATCA's requirements before reporting it, so problems surface while you can still fix them.
- Real-time reporting to Fatoora
- Tax and simplified tax invoices
- A compliance check before every report
More control
Stay compliant on every invoice
See what's wrong before it's sent, and keep track of every document after.
Checked before it goes
If an invoice is missing something ZATCA needs, it shows as Not compliant with the reason, so you can fix it before you finalize.
Credit notes reported too
Credit notes are reported like invoices. Void an invoice, and Wafeq creates and reports the reversing credit note for you.
Every status in one place
See which documents are reported and which failed, with the reason, and retry reporting with one click.
Also included
The details that keep you covered
Small things that save you trouble with every invoice.
XML on demand
Download any reported invoice's XML whenever you or your auditor need it.
Reported elsewhere?
Mark an invoice you already reported from another system as reported outside Wafeq.
Your start date
Set your e-reporting start date, and earlier invoices stay outside the mandate.
Cash invoices
Cash sales without a customer go out as simplified tax invoices and are reported too.
Additional features
Supplier e-invoices, read for you
Forward a supplier's e-invoice to your AI-powered inbox. The agent reads its QR code or XML and prepares a draft bill for you to review.
