How can I share feature requests?



You can request new features or vote on proposed features through the "Feature Requests" board. In this guide, we will walk you through the process, step by step.

Requesting a new feature or requesting an improvement to an existing feature

To access the Feature Requests board, click on your account name in Wafeq, then select Request or Vote on a Feature from the main menu.



• Title and Details: Write a descriptive title for the feature you want, then use the details field to explain what you need from this feature.
• Category: Select the appropriate category for the feature, such as "Invoices" or "Reports".
• Attachments: If needed, you can attach a file to clarify the feature or the issue caused by its absence.

Once you're finished, click Request Feature to submit your request.



Voting on features proposed by other users

You can view the requested features along with their descriptions. To vote for a feature, simply click the arrow and the number next to it. The number represents the number of people who are interested in that feature. The higher the number, the higher the implementation priority.



Feature Display Attributes

You can customize how features are displayed using the following options:

• Search: Easily search for specific feature requests using the search bar.
• Categories: View feature requests based on specific categories or classifications.
• Filtering: Filter feature requests by the newest or oldest, or by the feature status, such as whether it's under review or in progress.



Requesting and Viewing iOS App Features

If you'd like to request a new feature for the iOS app or improve an existing one, you can do so through the same Feature Requests board. Here’s how to submit your request:

Select iOS App Feature Requests From the sidebar, access the section dedicated to iOS app-related feature requests.

Follow the same steps as before to submit your feature request or enhancement.
