Converting a Quote into an Invoice/Delivery Note



You can convert a quote into an invoice or a delivery note at any time, whether the quote is in Draft or Sent status. This conversion makes it easier to continue the sales process without re-entering the same data manually.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the conversion steps and explain what happens automatically when an invoice or delivery note is created from a quote.

How to Convert a Quote into an Invoice or Delivery Note

Click on Sales from the main menu, then go to Quotes and Proformas.

Make sure you're using the Table View, then click on the quote you want to convert.



Converting a Quote into an Invoice

Once you open the quote, click the Convert button, then select To Invoice.



You’ll be taken to the invoice page with the same details pre-filled from the quote. Select the sales account, make any necessary edits, then Save to create the invoice.



Converting a Quote into a Delivery Note

Once you open the quote, click the Convert button, then select To Delivery Note.



You’ll be taken to the delivery note page with the same details pre-filled from the quote.

Make any necessary edits, then click Save to create the delivery note.
